Nella Pidutti ROHP (Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner)
Nella has worked in the field of integrative health and nutrition since 1977, as practitioner, consultant, distributor, writer and educator. She is certified in nutrition therapy, herbal medicine, reflexology, acupressure, trigger point therapy, bioenergetic medicine, and personal training, and continues to integrate various aspects of these modalities when appropriate with her clients during a session.
Along with the practice of Nutrition Therapy, she offers training and health interest workshops for individuals based on learning to integrate body, mind and emotion ( psyche) to regulate health and to create a workable ‘management of wellness’ program of their own.
Her career in nutritional health has spanned over 4 decades from her first job in a health food store in Collingwood Ontario in 1974, and her first health food store in Windsor Ontario in 1978, to Bio Essence Nutrition store and clinic in 1995 in Digby Nova Scotia and Solas Integrated Health Centre in 2013, also in Digby Nova Scotia.
Nella has retired from practice but is available for consultation.
From 1997 to 2020, she worked as a Functional Medicine Consultant for Biotics Research Canada, Thorne Research Canada and Enzymedica and as a Distributor for BioMeridian Medical Devices, Guna Biotherapeutics of Italy, and Sterol 117 of Calgary Alberta. During those years, she trained practitioners of various modalities in the use of the BioMeridian medical device as well the use of supplements.
Nella has been a member of the International Association of Nutritional Consultants since 1995.

I have always offered the highest level of customized care possible. My mission, solidified over 45 years of experience, is one of service and commitment. Throughout my years in practice I've learned that the greatest determinants of health are involvement, responsibility, willingness, desire and commitment. I know how confusing the natural supplement and food industry can be. I also know that including multiple treatments to repair and restore the musculoskeletal system or to re-establish cellular health with sound nutrition programs can be expensive. So, my goal is to help you simplify your path toward achieving long lasting optimum wellness, affordably and with as little stress as possible. My overall focus is on the basic structural, nutritional, detoxification and subtle energy needs of the body.
Our coaching programs are based on a return to the foundation principles of nutrition, while incorporating advancements in nutritional science and research. We've developed techniques that narrow down the body, mind and spiritual causes of your imbalances. We use only the highest quality products and we manufacture our own formulas that address overall repair, regeneration and healing.
